With over 30 years of experience in financial management, Mr. Chutinant is currently Chief Executive Officer at Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd. (“Boonrawd”) where he oversees all businesses for Boonrawd group including alcoholic beverage, F&B, packaging, real-estate and other affiliates. He currently serves as a Chairman of Singha Estate PCL, a publicly listed real-estate arm of Boonrawd and Bangkok Visypak Co., Ltd. He also serves as a director in many companies in Boonrawd group including Bangkok Glass PCL, Bangkok Glass Industry Co., Ltd. and Singha Property Management Co., Ltd. He also formerly served as a Director at Thai Airways International.
In addition to his business experience, Mr. Chutinant was a Thai senator in 2006 and a former advisor to the Thai Foreign Minister in 2005. As a sports enthusiast and advocate for the underprivileged, Mr. Chutinant also serves as Chairman of Paralympic Committee of Thailand.
He holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, an Honorary Doctorate degree in Finance from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Boston University.

Mr. Bhurit is a director of Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd. (“Boonrawd”) and the CEO of Boonrawd Trading Co., Ltd., a flagship trade and sales arm of Boonrawd in Thailand. He oversees food and beverage business as well as new business initiation of the group. Through his professional career with Boonrawd of over 10 years, Mr. Bhurit has diversified Boonrawd group into complementary business areas including food services under EST. Company (1993) Limited (owner and operator of Est. 33 and Farm Design (Thailand)) and food and beverage under Masita seaweed snack brand, Maruzen tea, and Norte coffee, leveraging on partnerships with global leading producers and manufacturers. Personally, he has also groomed and scaled-up several new ventures in the areas of media, restaurants and retail.
Apart from his experience at Boonrawd, Mr. Bhurit is also known as an avid car racer and singer. He ranked 1st and 1st runner in Thailand Grand Touring Championship in 2000 and 2001 respectively, and won Am Cup from the Audi R8 LMS Cup 2017 race. Mr. Bhurit has released 3 albums and sung several hit songs.
Mr. Bhurit received a Master of Business Administration from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University majoring in marketing and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management Administration from Bentley College Massachusetts, in Boston.

Mr. Naiyanobh is an executive finance analyst at Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd. (“Boonrawd”) where he develops long-term financial strategies for the group and each business unit as well as prepares risk management strategies and recommends financial decisions to management. Prior to his current post as an executive finance analyst, he served as an advisor to Corporate Finance and Accounting Director at Boonrawd where he evaluated investments, analyzed foreign exchange trends and devised hedging strategy for the group. In addition to experience at Boonrawd group, he also serves as a president of Cerebral Palsy Sports Association of Thailand as well as a Paralympic Committee of Thailand, a non-profit organization which supports Thai with disabilities in sport participation and Thai Paralympic athletes in global competitions.
Mr. Naiyanobh received a Bachelor of Economics from University of San Francisco and attended Financial Management for Non-Financial Executives program at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.

Mr. Nutchdhawattana is the Vice President at Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd. (“Boonrawd”) with major roles in financial and accounting of Boonrawd group. He has been one of key persons in driving the group, having joined the company in 1989. He led the initiatives in restructuring of Boonrawd group and the revolution of the internal audit system. He assumes many leading roles in the group including Finance, Treasury and accounting. In terms of investment, he has been one of the key persons driving the success in many investment projects and expansions of Boonrawd group.
He is currently a Chairman of the board of directors at Mahasarakham Beverage Co., Ltd. and also serves in multiple positions as directors including Singha Estate PCL, Boonrawd Trading International Singha Park Chiangrai, etc.
He holds a Master degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Thammasat University.

Mr. Vorapat is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Boonrawd Trading Co., Ltd., the trading arm of Boonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd., and the Managing Director and a board of directors’ member of Singha Ventures. He oversees the group’s strategy in relation to alcohol and non-alcohol businesses as well as new business development, where he led the expansion of the group into vending business (under the company “Forth Vending”) through the partnership with Forth Smart Service PCL.
Mr. Vorapat is also responsible for P&L improvement as well as mergers and acquisitions/ investment. In addition, he is a board member of LeoLinks, Forth Vending and Atiz innovation. Prior to joining Boonrawd, he was a Director at Tesco Lotus Thailand and a project leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Mr. Vorapat has over twenty years of experience working with companies in various industries including High Tech, FMCG, Retail, and Financial Services. He spent over ten years in the United States working with clients across North America, Europe and Asia. At BCG, he worked with clients across South East Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. His background ranges from setting company strategy to designing new process and implementation.
Mr. Vorapat holds an MBA with distinction from Kellogg School of Management and MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Chakramon is Head of Strategy for Thailand Beer and Food and Beverages and Head of Investment team for Singha Ventures, a CVC program for Boonrawd Brewery Co.,Ltd. He currently leads corporate strategy for Boonrawd’s Thailand consumer products where he works closely with management team on strategic initiatives and investments which correspond to growth aspirations. Mr. Chakramon’s experience has been in management consulting and investment banking. He started his career at Deloitte Consulting, and later joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Bangkok office. His specializations are in growth strategies, operations improvements, and organizational transformation. Mr. Chakramon later joined investment banking team at Siam Commercial Bank where he led various IPO engagements for clients in the food sector.
Mr. Chakramon holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master degree in Finance from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor degree in Engineering (majoring in industrial engineering) from Chulalongkorn University.

Ms. Khaomai is the Head of Finance at Boonrawd Trading Co., Ltd. and Singha International Pte. Ltd., the domestic and International trading arms of Boonrawd Group, and the Head of Finance at Singha Ventures. She is responsible for overall business performance improvement including the feasibility studies of new products and investment and cost saving initiatives. In addition, she is a board member of Vara Foods, producer and trader of Non-alcoholic beverages, under Boonrawd Group.
Previously, she worked for Tesco Lotus as a Senior Finance Manager (Commercial Non-Food), and Group Internal Audit Manager covering Tesco in Asia. Prior to that she was a Consulting Manager at ABeam Consulting (Thailand) focusing on Risk, Internal Control and Compliance.
Ms. Khaomai has over 18-years of working experiences with multi-national companies in several sectors including FMCG, Retail, Consulting, Banking, and Auditing. She has a CPA certification and holds an MBA in Financial Studies from Nottingham University and BA in Accounting Information System from Chulalongkorn University.

Woradon is currently Senior Investment Manager at Singha Ventures. He leads investment and execution process for the fund. He previously worked in investment banking at Khronos Advisory on cross-border merger and acquisition in Southeast Asia.
Woradon holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.

Nichanun’s experience is in various financial advisory ranging from capital increasing to M&A transaction. She previously had experience working in the investment banking team at TMB Bank PCL where she engaged in various M&A transactions.
Nichanun holds a master degree in Financial Analysis from University of New South Wales and Bachelor degree in Economics from Thammasat University.
